I am so excited to share my knowledge and passion for running with you! For whichever mountain you are setting out to climb, be it your first 5K or reaching new goals within ultra running, I will work with you to customize a training plan to help you reach that summit!

Endurance running has shaped my lifestyle, enriched my life, and has helped define me. I live and train in Denver Colorado and venture out to the front range trails of the Rocky Mountains whenever I can. I am a certified running coach through United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA). I am not an elite athlete but I am passionate about endurance running and always pursuing new limits for my own running potential.

My most memorable run and endurance event finishes include:

The Boston Marathon (2015, 2016)

Ironman Wisconsin (2013, 2014, 2017)

The Leadville Silver Rush 50 Mile Run (2019,2021)

Why Coach? 

 

I want to help you find the joy and fulfillment that running has brought to my life. Through racing and reaching toward my running goals, embracing the journey of endurance run training has influenced my lifestyle and mindset in a way that has allowed me to live my life to the fullest. Sharing the training expertise I have gained over the years is my way of giving back to you: the passionate, dedicated athlete working toward your running goals. Celebrating your hard-work throughout the process and achievement of those goals, will always be the most rewarding moments for me.

My Philosophy

 

As your certified coach through Mountain Mindset Endurance Run Coaching LLC, I will work with you in a shared partnership to help you reach your endurance running goals. I will take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle, your athletic history, training availability, and motivations for your running ambitions. These factors will influence the development of your personalized, adaptive, exercise science-based training plans. The best results and most rewarding experiences are achievable in a coaching relationship with open lines of communication and a shared dedication and commitment to your goals. I would be honored to help you make strides in your running performance and my hope is that embracing your endurance run training journey will further enrich all aspects of your life.
